Conditions for Returns

You may request a return only after you have physically received your order.

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any applicable international shipping fees or customs duties.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and remain in their original condition with all labels and tags attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not.

Please note: intentionally ordering multiple sizes or variations of the same product with the intent to return part or all of them is not permitted.
How to Return an Item

Notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@elysianmontreal.com.

Our team will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Send your item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs that may apply.

We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our supplier, and the condition of the product has been approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability

Elysian Montreal is not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking status indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete address is the sole responsibility of the customer.
